Let's go! Let them know!
Welcome!
Here's the page I'm looking at after posting the comments below through the Vons.com feedback form:
Vons.com/ThankYou.asp
The final comment Vons leaves you with is "Vons Appreciates Your Comments!"
I wonder what percentage of the many executives at Vons really do appreciate our comments. Here's what I wrote a few minutes ago after taking a phone survey.
---
I just got off the phone with your survey and couldn't help but notice that it's really a disguised advertisement for MinuteMaid.
First, this survey took way to long for 5 bucks. It's 2005, not 1975.
Second, there's no way you should ambush people by asking them about their income minutes into this "survey". There should be a decline to state or that question should come at the very beginning.
Third, it's ridiculous to drill me about Minute Maid with multiple questions when I made it clear in my answer that we drink orange juice very rarely. Please consider your customers as people in the future, rather than some captive audience.
I've been more and more disappointed with Vons over the last year and a half. You never should have wasted so much money on a bad acquisition and you certainly shouldn't have taken out the aftermath on your employees. $500 million would have gone pretty far in paying salaries.
